“The Riders’ Respond” Transit Tour – Brooklyn & Queens
In response to the overwhelming number of subway delays, accidents, and breakdowns, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez & Assembly Member Jeff Dinowitz are planning the first ever "The Riders' Respond" Transit Tour. During this tour of the subway system, volunteers will hear and log riders' opinions and challenges while using NYC's subway, as well as examine stations in need of maintenance. The data collected will be used at the NYC Council Transportation Committee's hearing on the MTA, scheduled for August 8th, 10:00 AM at City Hall.
